Tell me love will come again
What started out as a personal search for hope and answers, eventually became a universal exploration of love and relationships. From an inner need to better understand contemporary romantic love I started portraying young couples and listened to their stories.
In search for love stories that provide new perspectives and encourage empathy and understanding, I traveled the Netherlands for two years and documented a wide variety of couples. The resulting portraits and conversations give a nuanced view into the romance and intimacy, but also the struggles and heartaches, of young love.
